Cheese Doodles and General Hospital:The Stephen A. Smith Story

In honor of Stephen A. Smith's guest appearence on General Hospital yesterday , I think its time to go over the best Stephen A. Smith moments of the last couple of years. By the way, did anyone know that he started his college career at the Fashion Institute of Technology.?

After reviewing the facts, I think Time Magazine should have made Stephen A. Smith the Person of the Year. Just remember to "Holla at cha boy Stephen A."

Owens and McNabb BFF again?

The Super Bowl always produces good story lines and this year is no different. According to sites around the web, Donovan McNabb and Terrell Ownes had a little meeting at a local club. What is going to happen next hell freezing over.

Wow Donovan has had a really busy Super Bowl week first he answered all of the question about his future and now this. That is what you call a crazy week.

Was the transfer window even open

This Transfer window was full of rumor and little action. With the transfer window all closed, teams around the EPL are getting read for the stretch run. The window featured a couple of active teams including Liverpool and West Ham who both did their fair share of wheeling and dealing. Liverpool signed Argentine Javier Mascherano, while West Ham signed a bunch of people to help them stay out of the Championship. Both Chelski and Manchester United did not make a big signing. United only made one, but that might change the race for the championship. At the start of the month, United got Henrick Larsson (pictured during his days at Celtic FC) on loan until the end of the march. So far he has been a god sent, adding depth to the forward position and taking some of the stress of Rooney and Saha.

Here is a complete list of all of the EPL transfers

Stalking High School Seniors and searching for the next Ron Powlus

It's that time of year, when college football coaches around the country start to act like pedophiles. Somewhere Charlies Wies is in his over sized sweatshirt and sweatpants sneaking around a private high school in Chicago, while Nick Saban and his slick hair will be lurking around a high school in Alabama looking for the next program makes.

With a week to go before the National Signing Day, seniors that made verbal commitments are changing them and colleges are scrambling to replace them. For some programs; like the U and 'Bama, this is a make or break class for them. Just in case you need some foreshadowing, Jimmy Clausen is going to turn into the next Ron Powlus.
But for the most part all of the top prospects have signed.

After months of talk, its finally all over, Barbaro is gone and for one I can not be happier. The world needs more glue. In honor of the Kentucky Derby Winner, I will pour a little a glue out for the old winner every time I use it.
